Ghasemi said the Pakistani government should be accountable to the presence and operations of terrorist groups in its territory.
He also extended his condolences over death of Iranian border guards martyred in a recent clash with terrorists in the city of Mirjaveh in Iran’s southeastern province of Sistan-Baluchestan.
Ghasemi underlined that the recent terrorist attacks committed armed bandits and terrorist groups, that are used as a tool by some certain supporters of violence, extremism and Takfiri terrorist along the borders of Iran and Pakistan, are seriously condemned and unacceptable.
Those countries that are participating in the anti-terrorist coalition should respond that why they are unable to deal with terrorist groups and armed bandits in their territories, he added.
Ghasemi underlined that Iran’s diplomatic apparatus is not going to spare any efforts to follow the issue by using all available diplomatic channels to punish the sinister terrorists.
On Wednesday (April 26) evening, nine Iranian border guards were martyred during an attack by terrorists.
They were reportedly killed while patrolling in the city of Mirjaveh, located 75 km east of the provincial capital city of Zahedan.
